Customer Support & Social Media Manager (m/f) - 20h

Job description

As Customer Support & Social Media Manager, you’ll interact with our customers to help them achieve their learning goals and, on the other hand, help us shape the product based on customer feedback.

 

In addition to that, you'll take care of our social media channels like Facebook and Twitter to build a strong social web presence.

  • Interacting with our customers on a daily basis to help them achieve their learning goals

  • Giving the product and engineering team valuable insights based on customer feedback to help improve our products 

 

 

Requirements

We think that it'll be important for you to

  • Be fluent in English
  • Have fun communicating and interacting with people
  • Know how to code or have a strong interest in learning to code

 


You’ll get bonus points for

  • Having experience in customer support, ideally also with social media channels

Salary

You can expect competitive compensation between 1,200€ - 1,900€ (based on your experience) for 20h/week.
