Everybody needs help at times.
We want to be there for our users when they run into trouble, and that’s why we need you. After an orientation phase, you’ll take full responsibility of communicating with our users. You’ll help them achieve their goals, resolve issues, and, on the other hand, help us shape our products based on users’ feedback.
You’ll take care of
Answering emails, app reviews, and social media posts in a way that makes our users smile
Getting to the bottom of our users’ issues and resolving them with as little back-and-forth as possible
Writing answer templates and help center articles on frequently asked questions
Documenting and communicating feedback to the content and development teams

Based on your experience, you can expect competitive compensation between €1,200 and €1,900 for 20 hours per week.
